Activities in NH Palermo
Lovely location overlooking the port of Palermo and next to the Botanic Gardens and the marina. It was a 10-15 min walk to the centre but there were plenty of places to eat and drink en route . It had a beautiful pool which was much needed in the heat of August.The staff were very helpful and friendly and the spacious rooms were cleaned daily and had air conditioning. The breakfast was fabulous-great variety with local specialities and the option of eating in the garden.

Excellent staff the best I have ever encountered. Pool area very nice, very attentive lifeguard. The breakfast was perfect for the 5 of us and we looked forward to the selection each day. Staff were very kind dealing with my sisters allergy food requests. Dining was a pleasure both at lunch on the pool terrace Aqua Bar & in the dining room in the evening. Special thanks must go to Martina, Leo, Claudio M & Franciso definitely the A Team

everything was very clean, the room with the balcony was nice with a good working Aircone. we could have an early check-in , free parking on the street possible, or on a private parking place for a cost. the breakfast/restaurant is in a beautiful quiet garden and the pool is a wonderful place to cool down after a walk through the loud and dirty city of Palermo

Beds were so comfy we couldn't get up early enough to go have a nice long leisure breakfast. Was a little disappointed in the parking but luckily we were able to find parking each day very close to the hotel. Would be nice if the hotel would buy space for parking so we don't have to worry if we will find parking when we return to the hotel.

We had a genuinely great stay. The hotel upgraded us after we arrived as we came on a mini moon. Reviews had worried us but they didn’t need to! Staff were great, the lovely guy behind reception went above and beyond to translate to our taxi driver on departure too. Room was clean, pool was great for a city hotel.
